How long does it take to get an offer?
If we decide to make you an offer for your property, we will make the offer within 48 hours of your free consultation. You are under no obligation to accept our offer but should you accept it you will have a 14 day cooling off period.
How do I know that I am getting a fair price?

We buy mostly across Merseyside since we have expert knowledge of the local markets. However we will also consider other areas outside of Merseyside and in fact we are frequently approached from other parts of the UK.
Do you buy all types of property?
Yes, we can buy all types of properties from 1 bed flats to 5 bed houses and in any condition. We are also actively seeking buy to let properties and portfolios. We will also consider properties that are in negative equity.
Is there lots of paperwork to sign?
No, we will keep the paperwork to a minimum. You will have to sign an agreement with us and also complete the standard legal documentation associated with any property sale.
Do I need a solicitor?
Yes, solicitors will be needed both by yourself and We Buy Houses Liverpool. The process will be legally binding like all house sales should be. However, our process is quicker.
We will pay your legal fees if you use a solicitor from our approved panel to ensure you receive a smooth and efficient service.

What happens if we pull out of the agreement? Will there be a penalty?
